Terms and Conditions.
Our general terms and conditions apply to our courses and services. The fact that we treat our customers in this way provides clarity for you as to what is expected of you and what you can expect from us.

General

1. All agreements concluded and to be concluded between Hond & Co in Driel and the student are governed by the following conditions.
2. Students are those who have entered into this agreement with Hond & Co and are students from the moment of registration until the end of the agreed number of lessons.
3. Students always train at their own risk at Hond & Co.
4. Deviating clauses only apply if the parties agree to them in writing

Course

1. The holidays are communicated to the student in a timely manner.                                                                                                                                    2. Students must pay the course fee before the start of the course; if they fail to do so, the student will not be admitted to the lesson.                3. Registration requires payment for the course. No refund of the course fee will be given.                                                                                              4. If the course has to be terminated by the student due to illness or force majeure, a veterinarian's certificate must be submitted. After submitting this statement, the options for taking the missed course at a later date will be discussed with the customer.                                        5. If the course has to be terminated by Hond & Co due to illness or force majeure, the remaining course fee, after deduction of the costs for the course material and the lessons taken so far, will be refunded to the student.                                                                                                              6. Catch-up lessons are possible at no extra cost in the event of illness or force majeure. The catch-up lessons and times are arranged in consultation and according to the possibilities of Hond & Co.                                                                                                                                                7. If a lesson is canceled within 24 hours before the start of that lesson, the right to catch up expires.                                                                            8. If lessons are canceled due to illness or force majeure of Hond & Co, they can be made up in consultation and according to the possibilities of Hond & Co.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            9.Hond & Co attaches great importance to quality: we therefore enjoy working with other quality providers. We use your data for Facebook - of course within the legal framework. Or Instagram. By registering for one of our courses you automatically give permission to use your data for this purpose. experiences of Hond & Co in Driel
3. This advice does not lead to liability for Hond & Co
in Driel for any undesirable consequences of the
applications of the advice. The owner/owner of the dog remains
liable for the consequences of the actions of his/her dog,
in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
